A long first conversation, a site visit and a measured drawing of what is there. We learn how you live or how you want your guests to feel. We walk the plot, note slope, drainage, light direction and surrounding context, and ask far more questions than we answer at this stage. The output is a written brief that you sign off, plus a measured base drawing of the existing site or property.
Typical duration: 1 to 3 weeks, depending on travel and survey access.
Concept drawings, 3D walk-throughs, material samples and a fully itemised budget. You sign off knowing what every line costs and why. We present at least two concept directions for the brief and then converge to a final design through structured feedback rounds. Material samples are physically presented in the studio or couriered to you, never decided from a render alone.
Typical duration: 6 to 14 weeks, depending on scope and approvals.
Our project manager runs the site. Civil work, joinery, services, finishes and procurement run on one timeline, with weekly photos and updates if you live away. You get a named site manager, a shared project log, and a payment schedule tied to verifiable milestones, not arbitrary dates. Joinery is fabricated in our workshop and installed on site, which keeps the finish quality consistent across projects.
Typical duration: 45 to 90 days for an apartment fit-out, 10 to 20 months for a new-build home.
Keys, a building manual and a snag list closed in writing. We stay on call for the first year, because real homes need real settling-in. The manual covers materials used, paint codes, joinery hardware references and care notes, so a future repair or refresh is straightforward. Joinery warranties and service items are listed line by line.
Typical duration: Handover within 1 week of practical completion, aftercare for 12 months.
