Boxco Builders is an architecture and interior design studio with its origins in Kerala and Karnataka. We design and execute residences, holiday villas, plantation bungalows, resorts, homestays, apartments, offices and retail spaces.
Our practice runs as a single workflow that begins on your plot, continues through drawings, costing and material selection, and ends with the keys in your hand. We work with the climate and craft of each region we build in: laterite, terracotta and timber in the hills, and clean, space-efficient interiors in the city.
Founded in Kerala, our team of architects, interior designers and execution managers takes on a deliberately small number of projects each year. We treat each one as a complete piece of work, not a stack of drawings handed off to someone else to interpret.
